The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office is proud to offer the citizens of Deschutes County an awareness and personal protection class at the main Sheriff’s Office located at 63333 W. Highway 20, Bend.
This event will take place at the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office Substation in La Pine, 51340 Highway 97, La Pine, Oregon, on Saturday May 3rd from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation on Burgess Road near Highway 97. The vehicle immediately accelerated away from the Deputy who initiated a pursuit.
On 02-10-2014 at about 3:20 pm, Deschutes County 911 received a call from a female (Sophia Thundercloud) requesting help.
On February 8, 2014 a deputy of the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for a welfare check of an elderly couple in the Sisters area that had last been seen on the evening of February 7, 2014.
On February 8, 2014 a deputies of the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office along with the Bend Fire Department responded to a call of a medical emergency where a 61 year old male had been located collapsed in the snow by his wife on Kentucky Road in the Bend area.
A shot fired at a residence on Scaup Drive in the Sunriver area.
A call from a female requesting help as she had become disoriented and lost due to the dense fog during a hike in the Badlands area east of Bend and it was getting dark.
An unknown injury motor vehicle crash near the intersection of Woodside Road and Pine Vista Drive.
The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office will participate in a statewide traffic safety campaign focusing on DUII enforcement during the 2013 holiday season.
