During a Disaster - Emergency Shelters

Deschutes County partners with American Red Cross to provide shelters for those affected by disasters. There are numerous predetermined shelter locations throughout the county. In the event of shelter activation during an emergency, we will provide the location and necessary information via media sources, emergency public notification systems and on our website:
